I'm considering buying a metal detecting for this coming summer's travels. Who knows what I might find on my walks along popular beaches and trails? It seems such "hunting" would be fun and occasionally I see somebody swinging a detector in search of , but it's not a common sight and that surprises me: I'd think it would be a "natural" for us RVers. Any thoughts, please? And suggestions as to detector brands?

I got my Underground Gold Treasure Metal Detector with 3.5 Meters Depth bought from online shop. Metal detectors online are cheaper than those in stores.
